emka TECHNOLOGIES’ 4-channel asynchronous stimulator is the latest version of our laboratory line of stimulators for experiments on isolated organs and tissues. Our unique line has been used successfully for over 10 years by many laboratories worldwide.
The asynchronous stimulator generates a constant current or a constant voltage independently on each channel.
The device mainframe can receive up to four modules. Each module includes buttons, an LCD screen and connectors to independently set the different parameters.
The LCD screen displays settings, but also information such as voltage, current or frequency.
Our stimulator be used stand-alone or controlled by iox software. In the latter case, all settings can be made and saved in iox configuration files. A wide range of stimulation protocols can be created and automatically executed.
settings:
All stimulation parameters are adjustable:
- main frequency
- current or voltage stimulation
- pulse amplitude
- pulse width
- pulse polarity (positive, negative, biphasic or alternative)
- type of stimulation (continuous, train, manual)
- duration of the train or pulse number in the train (if train mode is used)
