connecting LIMS - CHALLENGE: acquisition and analysis software such as iox2 generate ever increasing amounts of data for each study: physiological signals, derived parameters, configuration files, audit-trail, etc. Some of these data have to be included in the customer's LIMS (laboratory integrated management system). We received a request to integrate ecg data from toxicology studies into the Provantis LIMS. 

SOLUTION: The technicians from our IT department developed, in co-operation with our customer, an automatic link between emka TECHNOLOGIES applications and the Provantis LIMS.

RESULTS: ecg data are now transfered automatically to the customer's LIMS.
